My collaboration with a PhD in charge of electronic laboratory at the university Mohamed first Oujda was very productive. We worked together to develop and improve a pedagogical approach for digital electronics labs. I learned a lot from him, and I think our work helped improve the quality of instruction in this area.

"Securing Funding Success: Collaboration with IDEC on Winning Marketing Strategy for Engineering Project"

For the "Edg PLC" project, my goal was to create a compelling marketing strategy and a visually appealing PowerPoint presentation that would persuade stakeholders to provide funding for the project. I conducted in-depth research and collaborated closely with the product team to develop a marketing plan that showcased the unique value proposition of the project. The resulting PowerPoint presentation was designed to effectively communicate key information about the project, highlighting its potential for success and profitability. By effectively conveying the value of the "Edg PLC" project, my marketing strategy and presentation successfully convinced stakeholders to provide funding, helping to bring this innovative project to life.

Project: Maintenance helper gadget.

"Revolutionizing Maintenance: Developing a Remote Diagnostic Tool for Industry 4.0"

  • For this project, the goal was to design an innovative electronic system that would enable the maintenance department of a leading supermarket air conditioning company to remotely access temperature sensor data from their customers. As a result, they could diagnose potential issues and resolve them quickly, reducing maintenance service intervention time.

    The project had several objectives, including enhancing the company's competitive capacity in the market, improving sales and after-sales service. The system's remote diagnostic capability would help the company to provide better customer service, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Overall, this project was a great success and demonstrated my ability to create solutions that meet the unique needs of businesses.


Project: Wastewater Tank process PLC program, and SCADA.
October-2018 -->November-2018

Following a client project submission (here) on the  '' Freelancer.com '' site. I wrote a cover letter to the customer in which I tried to convince he. My request was convincente and it allowed me to win the bid. I established a first contact with the client which allowed me to better understand his needs. I illustrated the project requirements as a powerpoint presentation, this resulted in a sprint meeting where we discussed more project details.Finally we have a consent at the level of the working plant, evaluation and project control strategy as well as final project costing.


Our project consists of carrying out the PLC programming part, plus designing and programming an HMI, of a pumping system and tank level control. Finaly making an educational video to present the programming procedure in a youtube channel in a youtube channel of an engineering content.

The project is based on three key phases:

  • Project planning and management phase.

  • Action phase and achievement.

  • Permanent follow-up phase.

The work on this project was carried out online, which required a strategy based on constant communication with the customer to ensure good follow-up and project control, which allowed us to save time, customer confidence and guarantee a good quality of work.

Project: Automatic watering (ARA).

January 2016 -> June 2016

We are the Automation Dabster team, created in early 2016 to carry out the end of study project. But we didn't stop at this point, we continued the collaborative work as an electronics enthusiasts and Makers. Our team is made up by: Ghazi Mohammed. Makra Ayoub. And we have don the ARA project


Our project is to create an automated sprinkler system, To save and ration water for irrigation. The project (ARA) allows to provide water to plants in routine with precision and without human intervention, controlled by an application on pc or tablet ...

At the technical level, there are two parts, the electronic part and the program part.

  • The electronic part is composed by: The electronic card plays the role of data acquisition between the application on the PC or Tablet and the various inputs outputs of the hardwar system. The card used in the project is the arduino uno, based on the ATmega328 microcontroller. Inputs are the measurement sensors and control buttons. Outputs are the actuators with which we control the process. The power supply unit consists of a solar panel, a voltage regulator and a set battery to store energy.

  • The program and principle part: For this project we developed an application using the LABVIEW software, interfaced with the electronics card.
